Paula Cleobury - Cleo’s of Ironbridge

I have recently attended a training course that was organised and executed by Clare, whilst I found the course to be of interest, I initially had reservations due to the two day commitment I had to make when I had so many other more pressing engagements.

To my surprise I was completely enthralled, Clare brought our team together by creating an environment of ease, whilst ensuring all team members had maximum input.

The course subject was behavioural assessments and whilst this was a rather complex subject, the way in which Clare delivered it made it so we could all completely digest it, if one of our team didn’t understand they had no hesitation in putting their hand up and asking her to explain it again, through discussion and practical workouts we achieved maximum retention from this two day course which I found was without any doubt absolutely worth my two day commitment.

I would highly recommend Clare to any company , you without doubt exceeded my expectations.
